IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 5.89" pulley diameter, 2.56" fan pilot, mounting pattern, and FD-L configuration.
✔ Inspect the pulley, bearings, mounting hub, fan blades, air line, fittings, and original fan spacer for wear or damage.
✔ Align the lock-washer tabs correctly and torque the clutch locknut to 90 lb-ft (~122 N·m).
✔ Install the cotter pin and dust cap securely after the locknut is torqued.
✔ Set belt alignment, tension, and fan-spacer clearance to Cummins or Ford specifications, then verify complete engagement and release.
