✔ BW 204-M barium lubricant must be applied inside shaft cavity during assembly
✔ Lock port must be properly connected to maintain mechanical hold function
✔ Push rod must align ≥90° to slack adjuster for safe brake response
✔ Clamping ring bolts must be tightened evenly to prevent diaphragm seal leaks
✔ Ports must be plumbed according to OEM schematic for DD-3 function
