IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Port orientation is always viewed from rear
✔ Follow OEM torque specs for flange mounting (typically 80–100 ft-lbs)
• Do not exceed 120 ft-lb on crankshaft nut after pulley/gear installation (minimum per OEM spec).
• Ensure all NPT fittings are correctly sealed and torqued.
• Verify air inlet is connected to a clean, filtered air source.
• Confirm discharge line is properly sized and free of restrictions.
• Ensure coolant lines are connected and meet required flow specification.
• Prime oil supply before initial startup to prevent dry start damage.
• Verify oil supply pressure meets minimum specification before operation.
• Confirm oil drain line is unrestricted and properly routed.
• Check for air, oil, and coolant leaks after installation.
• Verify governor cut-in/cut-out pressures match vehicle requirements.
