IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.28" pulley diameter, 2.00" fan pilot, 3.87" bolt circle, and FD-3 mounting configuration.
✔ Inspect the pulley, housing, mounting hub, fan blades, bearings, and friction surfaces for wear or damage.
✔ Reinstall the original fan spacer where equipped and set belt alignment and tension to vehicle specifications.
✔ Engage the lock-washer tabs correctly and torque the clutch locknut to 90 lb-ft.
✔ Install the cotter pin and dust cap, then verify fan clearance and complete clutch engagement and release.
