IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the fan pilot, pulley dimensions, belt configuration, mounting pattern, and FD-L configuration against the removed clutch.
✔ Inspect the pulley, bearings, mounting hub, fan blades, air line, fittings, and original fan spacer for wear or damage.
✔ Align the lock-washer tabs correctly and torque the clutch locknut to 90 lb-ft (~122 N·m).
✔ Install the cotter pin and dust cap after the locknut is secured.
✔ Set belt tension and fan-spacing clearance to the engine or vehicle manufacturer's specifications, then verify clutch engagement and release.
