T-2000 Air dryers
The Turbo 2000 Air Dryer program delivers a complete lineup of service components engineered to keep heavy-duty air systems dry, stable, and fleet-ready. Core assemblies include the 620602-G Turbo 2000 Dryer for 12V DC applications and the 620606-G Turbo 2000 Dryer for 24V DC systems—both built as direct OEM-fit replacements.
Moisture management is anchored by two cartridge options: the standard 710000 desiccant cartridge for everyday drying performance, and the premium 710000PG cartridge with an integrated coalescing layer to trap fine oil mist and protect downstream valves.
All critical Turbo 2000 service kits are included. The 223 Regeneration Valve Kit restores proper recharging, the 228 Turbo Valve Kit supports turbo-equipped air systems, and the 235 Purge Valve Kit maintains clean, efficient purging. Internal protection is handled by the 238 Check Valve Kit, ensuring reliable backflow control.
Cold-weather operation is supported by two heater replacements: the 619101 (12V, 75W) and 619111 (24V, 75W) kits—both designed to keep the Turbo 2000 dryer functional in freezing conditions. Together, these components create a fully supported, field-proven maintenance ecosystem for the Turbo 2000 Air Dryer, giving fleets the reliability they expect and the serviceability they need.
