IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Disconnect power and fully depressurize the air system before starting installation.

✔ Remove the old heater / thermostat assembly, clean the cavity and apply anti-seize compound where required.
✔ Align the plug connection correctly and secure the new unit using two 8-32 x 1/2" screws.
✔ Use with Metri-Pak connector; Kit #619900 is available if the harness is needed.
✔ To test, cool the thermostat to 35°F; continuity indicates correct operation.
✔ After installation, check for air leaks and confirm proper air dryer operation before returning the vehicle to service.
