Orders placed for In-Store Pickup are typically prepared within 1–2 hours during business hours. Preparation times may vary based on order volume and product availability. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Instructions
- Bring your order confirmation or invoice when arriving for pickup.
- Wait for the “Ready for Pickup” email before arriving.
- Most items are eligible for store pickup; availability will be confirmed during order processing.
- If an item cannot be prepared within the stated timeframe, you will be contacted.
- Payment can be completed in-store at the time of pickup if not paid online.
Core Returns for Remanufactured Parts
If purchasing a remanufactured part, cores may be returned at the store in advance or at the time of pickup. When the core is returned before or during pickup, the core charge will not be applied to the order.
Customers may also choose to complete payment at the counter and return the core at the same time to avoid core charges.
Important: Do not arrive for pickup until you have received the “Ready for Pickup” notification to avoid delays.
