Returns & Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for confirming the correct part number and application before placing an order.
Refunds are typically processed within up to four weeks, depending on transit and banking timelines. In many cases, refunds are issued sooner. This timeframe includes:
- Transit time for us to receive the return (5–10 business days)
- Return inspection and processing (3–5 business days)
- Bank processing time (5–10 business days)
Return Conditions
- Returned within the 30-day return window
- Core returned within 6 months of the original order
- Proper packaging with all labels and documentation included
- No missing components, hardware, or instructions

Core returns are separate from standard product returns and follow a 6-month return window.
Items that have been installed, partially installed, used, or modified are non-returnable. These items may only be processed under warranty if applicable.
Shipping & Handling
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Restocking or handling fees may apply to non-defective returns depending on the product and warranty policy.
Warranty & Defective Items
Product warranties are provided in accordance with our warranty policy. If an item is believed to be defective, our team will review the claim and may assist with repair, replacement, or warranty processing based on the product and condition. Items reported defective shortly after delivery may be eligible for expedited review and replacement.
