IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Replace pads in complete axle sets to ensure even wear.
✔ Follow Wabco torque and bedding-in procedures precisely.
✔ Inspect rotors for minimum thickness and surface condition before installation.
✔ Use MAXX22T/MAXXUS-specific guide pins and springs only.
✔ Apply silicone paste ONLY on slide surfaces; never on friction faces.
✔ Torque specs: Pad spring bolts 35 Nm (26 lb-ft), caliper bolts 210 Nm ±5% (155 lb-ft).
✔ Bedding: Perform 10 stops from 30 mph at 0.4g deceleration, followed by a 15-minute cooldown.
✔ Avoid metal-to-metal contact; replace pads at 2mm thickness minimum.
