Applications:
Engineered for use with Knorr-Bremse SB7, SB7P, SB7E air disc brake calipers found on heavy-duty transit buses and trailers. Fitment includes Prevost, MCI, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, and others utilizing SB5000 and SB7 series systems. Not compatible with Bendix ADB22X, Meritor TX, or Haldex RDS platforms. Pad compound is designed for high thermal stability, minimal rotor wear, and consistent friction under severe conditions.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Always replace pads in complete axle sets for optimal wear balance
✔ Replace when pad thickness reaches ≤2 mm
✔ Confirm caliper type – use only on Knorr SB7/SB5000 series (not compatible with ADB22X, TX, or RDS)
✔ Torque caliper bolts to 190 Nm ±10%, pad clips to 25 Nm
✔ Never lubricate friction surfaces—inspect for cracks, taper, or contamination
✔ Includes mechanical retention plates and abutment hardware when FMSI-specified
✔ Coated for corrosion resistance and brake fluid protection
✔ Bedding procedure: Perform 5 stops from 50 km/h at 0.3g deceleration
