Model SP Air dryers

The AD-SP Air Dryer program delivers a complete, OEM-fit service lineup designed to keep heavy-duty air brake systems clean, dry, and dependable in all operating environments. Core assemblies include the 1099931X AD-SP Dryer for 12V, 50W systems and the 1099929X AD-SP Dryer for 24V, 50W applications. For fleets requiring finer contaminant control, coalescing versions are available: the 1099931PGX (12V, 50W) and the 1099929PGX (24V, 50W). Extended-purge configurations are also supported through the 1099929KX dryer, ideal for vehicles with high air-demand cycles.

Moisture management is handled by two primary cartridges. The 9500111-G3 AD-SP Desiccant Cartridge provides standard drying performance, while the upgraded 9500058-G3 / 1099949PG Coalescing Desiccant Cartridge incorporates an oil-coalescing layer for enhanced filtration and extended downstream protection.

Service kits are available for every critical internal function. The 109993-G3 Turbo Cut-Off Kit restores the turbo-assist air management inside the dryer. The 109995-G3 Purge Valve Maintenance Kit refreshes purge cycle performance, ensuring consistent blow-down and moisture evacuation. For pressure integrity, the 500624-G3 Delivery Check Valve Kit maintains proper backflow control within the AD-SP system.

Cold-weather reliability is maintained with heater replacements in both configurations: the 109495-G3 Heater Kit for 12V/90W applications and the 109496-G3 Heater Kit for 24V/90W systems. These ensure the AD-SP dryer stays operational under harsh winter conditions, preventing freeze-ups and maintaining optimal moisture removal.
