IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Depressurize the air system and inspect the clutch hub, shaft, pulley, and friction surfaces before disassembly.
✔ Replace the lining, seals, bumper, bearings, and related wear components together during the rebuild.
✔ Pack the serviceable bearings with the specified high-temperature grease and press them using the correct bearing race.
✔ Align the air-cylinder nose cap and seals correctly to prevent air leakage or binding.
✔ Install the supplied hardware, torque all fasteners to Kysor specifications, and verify proper engagement and release.
