IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
âś” Use clean, filtered engine oil (≤40 micron); maintain proper oil pressure and temperature to prevent wear
âś” Ensure coolant flow (min. 2.5 GPM) with correct routing; do not exceed 266°F (130°C)
âś” Maintain proper oil drain through mounting flange; do not block passages or use sealants
âś” Keep intake restriction below 20" HO and use high-efficiency air filtration
âś” Use correct discharge line size (min. 0.547" ID) and route downward to avoid buildup
âś” Do not exceed 190 PSI discharge pressure or 3000 RPM operation
âś” Maintain proper tilt limits to ensure lubrication (max 30° rotation, 10° static tilt)
âś” Use minimum 1/4" ID governor line; keep short and unrestricted to avoid pressure fluctuation
