Model: Standard Service Pneumatic Relay Valve - Non-Quick Release
Vehicles: Commercial trucks, tractors, and trailers using compatible service air brake systems
• Valve Type: Pneumatic service brake relay valve with single control line
• Supply Ports: Two 1/2" NPT
• Delivery Ports: Two 3/8" NPT
• Control Port: One 3/8" NPT
• Reservoir Port: One 1/2" NPT
• Exhaust Port: Open, unthreaded
• Crack Pressure: 4.6 PSI ± 1.5 PSI
• Mounting: Integral bracket with 5/16" holes on 1.50" centres
• Cover: Rotatable for air-line routing
• Function: Reduces service brake application and release delay between the treadle valve and brake chambers

Applications:
Designed for frame-mounted service brake circuits on compatible tractors, trailers, and straight trucks requiring faster air delivery to the brake chambers. It is typically replaced when brake response becomes delayed, delivery pressure becomes inconsistent, or the valve develops internal or external air leakage.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the two 1/2" supply ports, two 3/8" delivery ports, 3/8" control port, and 1/2" reservoir connection.
✔ Mount horizontally or vertically using the integral bracket and 5/16" holes on 1.50" centres.
✔ Rotate the cover only as required for air-line routing; do not force the fixed valve body.
✔ Verify the system requires a 4.6 PSI ± 1.5 PSI crack pressure; use RN10HK only for compatible service work.
✔ Clean the ports, replace damaged lines or seals, and leak-test brake application and release.
