DESCRIPTION:

Model: Graduated Trailer Hand Control Valve
Vehicles: Tractor-trailer combinations with independent trailer service brake control

• Valve Type: Manually operated graduated pneumatic control valve
• Supply Port: One 1/4" NPT
• Delivery Port: One 1/4" NPT

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:

✔ Do not use this valve for parking or spring brake actuation.
✔ Connect the 1/4" NPT supply, delivery, and exhaust ports according to the vehicle air schematic.
✔ Torque the mounting screws to 30-60 in-lb (3.4-6.8 Nm).
✔ Torque the air-line fittings to 10 ft-lb (13.6 Nm).
✔ Secure the valve and control assembly, then verify smooth graduated trailer brake application and complete release.

Warranty Information

We provide a warranty on all new and remanufactured parts for 12 months, 160,000 km (100,000 miles), or 3,600 hours - whichever comes first, with off-highway components covered for 90 days. Defective products must be returned within 30 days of discovery for inspection.
