✔ Confirm the 7.31" back pulley diameter, 12-rib belt configuration, and 6.66" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 2.56" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, 3/8"-24 UNF stud thread, stud length, mounting distances, and overall length.
✔ Inspect the fan, belt, pulley, journal bracket, hub bearings, air line, control valve, and mounting surfaces for wear or damage.
✔ Torque all fan-clutch, fan-blade, pulley, and mounting hardware to Horton or PACCAR specifications.
✔ Verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan-to-shroud clearance before returning the vehicle to service.
