✔ Confirm the 7.54" back pulley, 9.04" front pulley, and dual 6-rib/8-rib belt configuration against the removed clutch.
✔ Verify the 2.56" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, six-stud pattern, 3/8"-24 thread, and 1.07" stud length.
✔ Inspect both belts, pulley grooves, fan blades, bearings, air lines, control components, and mounting surfaces.
✔ Torque all fan-clutch, fan-blade, pulley, and mounting hardware to Horton, Caterpillar, or PACCAR specifications.
✔ Verify both belt paths, pulley alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
