IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.94" front pulley, 8.45" back pulley, and dual 6-rib/8-rib belt configuration.
✔ Verify the 2.56" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, six-stud pattern, 3/8"-24 UNF thread, and 0.81" stud length.
✔ Inspect both belts, pulley grooves, fan blades, hub bearings, air lines, control components, seals, and mounting surfaces.
✔ Torque all fan-clutch, fan-blade, pulley, and mounting hardware to Horton, Caterpillar, or International specifications.
✔ Supply at least 90 PSI and verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
