✔ Confirm the 7.27" pulley diameter, 12-rib belt configuration, 2.56" fan pilot, and 3.50" bolt circle.
✔ Verify the six-stud pattern, 3/8"-24 thread, 0.81" stud length, mounting depth, pulley offset, and available fan clearance.
✔ Confirm the single-speed on/off clutch is compatible with the engine ECM fan-control strategy.
✔ Inspect the fan, belt, pulley, hub bearings, air line, wiring, shroud, radiator clearance, and mounting surfaces before installation.
✔ Torque all fan-clutch, fan-blade, pulley, and mounting hardware to Horton or International specifications, then verify engagement and disengagement.
