✔ Clean and lubricate splines with anti-seize before installation.
✔ Torque lock nut (pulley to hub) to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm).
✔ Tighten button head cap screws to 35–40 in-lb (4–4.5 Nm).
✔ Verify 90–120 psi air inlet pressure for proper engagement testing.
