✔ Confirm the 6.95" front pulley, 9.25" back pulley, dual V-belt arrangement, and 1.75" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 2.00" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, six-stud pattern, stud dimensions, mounting distances, and overall length.
✔ Clean the splines and apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant before assembly.
✔ Torque all fan, pulley, clutch, and mounting hardware to Horton or MCI specifications.
✔ Supply 90-120 PSI during testing and verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
