IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Replace guide pins, tappets, shaft housing components, bearings, seals and cover hardware together during major caliper service.
✔ Grease sliding pins, tappets, shaft components and bearing contact points.
✔ Torque calibration bolts, cover bolts and mounting hardware to the caliper manufacturer’s specifications.
✔ After rebuild, reset the adjuster and confirm correct pad-to-rotor clearance before returning the vehicle to service.
