• Guide Pins (2 pcs) – Ø38 × 76 mm & Ø38 × 118 mm
• Calibration Bolts – M16 × 1.5 × 80 mm & M16 × 1.5 × 120 mm
• Bushings (3 pcs) – Ø42 × Ø38 × 30 mm (Teflon-lined)
• Guide Pin Boots (2 pcs) & Bolt Dust Excluder (1 pc)
• Steel Caps (2 pcs) – Ø42 × 17 mm and Ø42 × 28 mm
• Caliper Adjuster Mechanism Assembly – 115 mm with support bridge

✔ Lubricate all pins, bushings, and seals with OEM-approved high-temp grease.
✔ Torque guide pin bolts to WABCO specification (M16 bolts: 180 N·m + 90°).
✔ Replace thrust plates (LH/RH) in axle sets to maintain balanced braking.
