IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Use only on WABCO PAN19 and PAN22 trailer calipers
✔ Replace both guide pins and bushings during service for optimal performance
✔ Clean and prep the caliper mounting surface; ensure it is flat and free of corrosion.
✔ Lubricate all moving components with included grease
✔ Mount components and torque fasteners to OE specifications
✔ Turn the adjuster COUNTER-CLOCKWISE until the brake pads just contact the rotor (do not over-tighten).
✔ Then turn CLOCKWISE 1/4 turn to set clearance.
✔ Confirm system air pressure is between 100–120 psi.
✔ Block and secure wheels to prevent any movement.
✔ Depress the emergency brake release button on the dash to release spring brakes.
✔ Only after the wheels are secure and spring brakes are released should you proceed with caliper adjustment.
