IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm compatibility with ADB22 caliper version (ADB22X or ADB22X-LT).
✔ Shear adapter and clevis kit must be replaced at installation.
✔ Push rod must protrude exactly 15 mm
✔ Torque mounting nuts to 75–85 lb-ft (102–115 Nm); air fittings to 15–18 lb-ft (20–24 Nm).
✔ Ensure 270° port and 90° clamp alignment for proper air routing.
✔ Clock spring arrow must point toward caliper centerline.
✔ Run mandatory 10% grade parking brake hold test post-install.
✔ Never reuse corroded hardware; replace in axle sets for optimal balance.
✔ Contains phthalates – use gloves; complies with Prop 65.
