✔ Replace shear adapter and clevis kit during installation
✔ Ensure push rod measures exactly 15 mm protrusion
✔ Mounting torque: 75–85 lb-ft (102–115 Nm)
✔ Air fitting torque: 15–18 lb-ft (20–24 Nm)
✔ Maintain correct port and clamp orientation during installation
✔ Align spring chamber orientation with caliper centerline
✔ Perform parking brake hold test after installation
✔ Replace in axle sets and use new mounting hardware
✔ Use proper safety precautions when handling spring brake assemblies

    Installed this Spring Brake Chamber on a Freightliner Cascadia with Bendix CALIPER in our Edmonton shop. Fitment was perfect, ports and mounting lined up exactly. Solid build and easy installation. Reliable replacement for ADB22X systems.
