IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Align slack adjuster properly with S-cam shaft splines
✔ Use only compatible 1/2" clevis pins and matching brake chambers
✔ Torque mounting bolts to 35–50 ft-lbs (consult OEM for exact spec)
✔ Apply thread-locking compound to shaft if required
✔ Lubricate splines and clevis pins at install and service intervals
✔ Do not exceed 30,000 in/lb torque input
✔ Install only on drum brake systems; not compatible with disc brakes
✔ Avoid misalignment beyond 3° to prevent premature wear
