IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Use only on IMT or Hendrickson trailer axles with PAN22 RH configuration.
✔ Carriers FP30191 (IMT) or FP30197 (Hendrickson) are required for proper installation.
✔ Replace LH and RH calipers together for balanced braking.
✔ Prep mounting surfaces—must be flat, clean, and corrosion-free.
✔ Torque bolts to OEM specifications (Hendrickson: 340–370 Nm + 90°).
✔ Adjust clearance: turn counter-clockwise until pads touch rotor, then clockwise 1/4 turn.
✔ Confirm system air pressure is 100–120 psi before road use.
