Applications:
Designed for use on right-hand positions of heavy-duty trailers using the Wabco PAN19 air disc brake system with IMT axle carriers. Compatible with SMB, SAF, and Volvo Merit axle platforms from 1996–present. Not interchangeable with PAN17 or PAN22 configurations.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Use only on IMT trailer axles with PAN19 RH configuration
✔ Replace both LH and RH calipers together for best results
✔ Clean and prep the caliper mounting surface; ensure it is flat and free of corrosion.
✔ Mount the caliper and torque fasteners to OEM specifications.
✔ Turn the adjuster COUNTER-CLOCKWISE until the brake pads just contact the rotor (avoid over-tightening).
✔ Then turn CLOCKWISE 1/4 turn to set pad clearance.
✔ Confirm system air pressure is between 100–120 psi.
✔ Block and secure wheels to prevent any movement.
✔ Depress the emergency brake release button on the dash to release spring brakes.
✔ Only after the wheels are secure and spring brakes are released should you proceed with caliper adjustment.
