Model: Eaton Fuller A6909 Shift Knob Range Valve
Vehicles: Heavy-duty trucks using compatible Eaton Fuller Roadranger pneumatic transmission range-control systems

• Valve Type: Driver-operated transmission range selector valve
• Air Ports: Five 1/16" NPT
• Selector Function: Controls low-range and high-range operation
• Actuation: Manual Hi-Lo flipper selector
• Mounting: Installs within the transmission shift-knob assembly
• Construction: Composite housing with black flipper selector
• Function: Directs compressed air to operate the transmission range-shift circuit

Applications:
Designed for compatible Eaton Fuller Roadranger manual transmissions requiring a five-port shift-knob range valve. The driver-operated flipper controls the pneumatic signal used to select low or high transmission range.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:

✔ Depressurize the transmission air circuit before removing the shift-knob assembly.
✔ Mark all five air lines before disconnection and reconnect them to their original port positions.
✔ Confirm each connection uses the correct 1/16" NPT fitting and apply sealant sparingly.
✔ Position the valve correctly over the shifter stem and securely reinstall the mounting screws and cover.
✔ Test low-range and high-range operation, transmission response, and all connections for air leakage.

Warranty Information

We provide a warranty on all new and remanufactured parts for 12 months, 160,000 km (100,000 miles), or 3,600 hours - whichever comes first, with off-highway components covered for 90 days. Defective products must be returned within 30 days of discovery for inspection.
