IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Verify the 69-tooth drive gear and 21-tooth spline before installation

✔ Do not exceed the maximum compressor speed of 2400 RPM

✔ Install the discharge line with a continuous downward slope where applicable
✔ Drain air reservoirs and flush coolant and air lines before returning the vehicle to service
✔ Torque cylinder head fasteners to 300–360 in-lb
✔ Torque inlet and discharge fittings to 175–225 in-lb
✔ Torque pipe plugs according to OE specifications for the thread size
✔ Torque the crankshaft retaining nut to the applicable OE specification for the compressor configuration
