IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Mount frame-mounted unit using included bracket
✔ Port connections: Input 1/4" inverted flare, Output 5/16" inverted flare, Vacuum 1/2" inverted flare
✔ Use vacuum gauge to verify minimum 14" Hg at booster during testing
✔ Install vacuum check valve high on firewall or close to manifold for optimal vacuum supply
✔ Pedal test: Depress pedal and start engine; pedal should fall slightly if booster is operating correctly
✔ Minimum vacuum requirement: 14" Hg at booster for proper operation
✔ Hydraulic leak test: Hold pedal with 25–30 lbs pressure; pedal drop indicates leaks
