✔ Mount using bracket with studs (reuse hardware), universal holes (3/8”-16 bolts), or threaded lugs
✔ Ports have 1/2”-20 threads; adaptors for 7/16”-24 line fittings supplied if required
✔ Vacuum port nipple adapts from 1/2” to 3/8” if needed
✔ Bleed system with engine off following sequence: control valve, end cap, then wheel brakes
✔ Minimum vacuum requirement: 16” Hg for proper operation
✔ Hydraulic pressure minimum: 1000 psi at wheel brakes with 150 lbs pedal force and 16” Hg vacuum
✔ System leakage test: max 2” Hg drop in 60 sec (with reservoir), 15 sec (without reservoir)
