IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm 10.23" push rod, 9/16"-20 UNF thread, and clevis fit.
✔ Confirm 4.75" stud spacing and 7/16"-14 UNC threads.
✔ Position 3/8"-18 NPTF air ports 90° downward.
✔ Verify 45° clampband fit.
✔ Seal air ports to prevent leaks.
✔ Replace diaphragm during installation.
✔ Verify free stroke: 1/4"–3/8".
✔ Test at 100 PSI; pressure drop ≤10 kPa within 5 min.
✔ Torque mounting bolts: 35–40 ft-lb.
✔ Torque air fittings: 18–20 ft-lb.
