Description
110800-G - SEALCO SPRING BRAKE PRIORITY CONTROL VALVE WITH RELAY
PART NUMBER(S):
Fleet Products: 110800-G (New) | Replaces OE: Sealco: 110800 | Haldex: 110800X | Meritor: RSL110800 | Euclid: ESL110800 | Automann: 170.110800 | World American: WA110800
DESCRIPTION:
Model: Sealco Spring Brake Priority Control Valve with Integrated Relay
Vehicles: Tandem and tridem axle trailers equipped with spring brake chambers
• Valve Type: Spring brake priority control valve with integrated relay function
• Supply Port: One 3/8" NPT female
• Control Port: One 3/8" NPT female
• Reservoir Port: One 1/2" NPT female
• Delivery Ports: Four 3/8" NPT female
• Reservoir Charging Pressure: Approximately 80 PSI
• Spring Brake Priority: Prioritizes air delivery for spring brake release before charging the service reservoir
• Anti-Compounding Function: Helps prevent simultaneous service and spring brake application
• Relay Function: Provides faster air delivery to the spring brake chambers
• Application: Multi-axle trailer spring brake control systems
Applications:
Designed for tandem and tridem axle trailers requiring spring brake priority control with relay-assisted actuation. The valve directs supply air to release the spring brakes, then permits service reservoir charging after system pressure reaches approximately 80 PSI.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Fully depressurize the trailer air system before removing or installing the valve.
✔ Confirm one 3/8" supply port, one 3/8" control port, one 1/2" reservoir port, and four 3/8" delivery ports.
✔ Mark every air line before disconnection and reconnect it according to the trailer pneumatic schematic.
✔ Apply air-system-compatible thread sealant sparingly without allowing sealant inside the valve.
✔ Pressurize the system and verify spring brake release, reservoir charging near 80 PSI, relay response, and no air leakage.
