✔ Confirm the replacement valve has a nominal 0 PSI cracking pressure and the correct four-port configuration.
✔ Connect the control, reservoir, and two delivery lines to their designated ports according to the vehicle air-system schematic.
✔ Plug any unused auxiliary connections with approved air-brake fittings.
✔ Inspect the air lines and fittings for contamination, restrictions, corrosion, and leakage before installation.
✔ Pressurize the system and test service-brake application, release timing, balance, and air leakage before returning the vehicle to service.

Warranty Information

We provide a warranty on all new and remanufactured parts for 12 months, 160,000 km (100,000 miles), or 3,600 hours - whichever comes first, with off-highway components covered for 90 days. Defective products must be returned within 30 days of discovery for inspection.
