• Valve Type: Non-ABS low-opening service brake relay valve

Applications:
Designed for tandem axle trailer service brake systems requiring a four-delivery-port relay valve with a low 1.5 PSI crack pressure. It is not intended for converter dolly, turntable axle, or lift axle systems requiring a different crack pressure or valve configuration.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:

✔ Fully depressurize the trailer air brake system before removing or installing the valve.
✔ Confirm one 3/8" control port, one 3/4" reservoir port, and four 3/8" delivery ports.
✔ Verify the application requires a nominal 1.5 PSI crack pressure and nipple-mounted configuration.
✔ Install the compatible 6003 or 6006 mounting nipple and apply air-system-compatible thread sealant sparingly.
✔ Pressurize the system and verify balanced brake application, release response, and no air leakage.

Warranty Information

We provide a warranty on all new and remanufactured parts for 12 months, 160,000 km (100,000 miles), or 3,600 hours - whichever comes first, with off-highway components covered for 90 days. Defective products must be returned within 30 days of discovery for inspection.
