IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Maintain minimum 2.5 GPM coolant flow.
✔ Do not exceed 3000 RPM.
✔ Use properly sized discharge line with downward slope.
✔ Ensure oil supply and oil return lines are unrestricted before startup.
✔ Drain all air reservoirs before service.
✔ Torque cylinder head to 440–500 in-lb.
✔ Torque inlet and discharge fittings to 175–225 in-lb.
✔ Torque pipe plugs to 35–270 in-lb, depending on size.
✔ Torque castle crankshaft nut to 1200–1440 in-lb (100–120 ft-lb).
✔ Torque metric crankshaft nut to 2640–3048 in-lb (220–254 ft-lb).
