IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Torque clutch-to-hub bolts to 45 lb-ft using 3/8"-16 socket head cap screws
✔ Cross-torque fan blade bolts in steps to 26 lb-ft for balanced installation
✔ Front piston nut torque: 84 lb-in; lining plate screws: 30 lb-in
✔ Hub locknut torque: 170 lb-ft; final endplay: .001–.005”
✔ Use only EP-rated high-temp bearing grease; system disengages on air loss
✔ Confirm 1" front/rear and ¾" tip clearance; avoid using washers on bolt installs
