IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.00" pulley, 2.56" fan pilot, 3.25" bolt circle, mounting threads, and front-air configuration.
✔ Do not use washers on the clutch-to-hub bolts; torque the 3/8"-16 socket-head cap screws to 45 lb-ft.
✔ Cross-torque the fan mounting bolts gradually to 26 lb-ft; torque the piston nut to 84 lb-in and lining-plate screws to 30 lb-in.
✔ Torque the hub locknut to 170 lb-ft, set final endplay to 0.001"-0.005", and use only EP-rated high-temperature bearing grease.
✔ Maintain at least 1" front/rear clearance and 3/4" blade-tip clearance, then verify disengagement at 90-120 PSI and fail-safe engagement when air is released.
