IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Use only high-temp wheel bearing grease with EP additives during assembly
✔ Do not use washers on clutch-to-hub mounting bolts
✔ Torque fan clutch to hub bolts to 45 lb-ft (3/8"-16)
✔ Fan mounting bolts must be cross-torqued to 26 lb-ft in steps
✔ Confirm minimum clearances: 1" front/rear, ¾" blade tip
✔ System requires 90–120 psi air to disengage fan clutch
✔ Verify bolt circle and pilot alignment before installation
