✔ Verify head position, thru-drive configuration, mounting, inlet, outlet, and discharge orientation before installation
✔ Maintain minimum 2.5 GPM coolant flow and do not exceed 2400 RPM
✔ Replace all gaskets and fittings, and use the correct discharge line size with continuous downward slope
✔ Prime oil lines and confirm oil supply/return lines are clean, unrestricted, and leak-free before startup
✔ Suggested torque: cylinder head 300–360 in-lb; inlet/discharge fittings 175–225 in-lb; pipe plugs 35–270 in-lb; crankshaft castle nut 1200–1400 in-lb; crankshaft metric nut 2640–3048 in-lb
