IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Verify whether the application requires the 7.25" or 9.12" pulley configuration before installation.
✔ Confirm the dual-serpentine belt layout, 2.00" fan pilot, ~3.50" bolt circle, and 3/8"-24 fan studs.
✔ Align the lock-washer tab correctly and torque the clutch locknut to 90 lb-ft (~122 N·m).
✔ Install the cotter pin and dust cap, then set the original fan spacer, belt alignment, and tension to vehicle specifications.
✔ Test the pneumatic system for leakage and verify complete clutch engagement, release, and fan clearance.
