IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.00" pulley, single-serpentine configuration, 2.00" fan pilot, and approximately 3.50" bolt circle.
✔ Reinstall any original fan spacers to maintain the correct fan depth and radiator clearance.
✔ Align the axial spring and anti-rotation pin correctly before tightening the clutch assembly.
✔ Torque the fan-clutch locknut to 90 lb-ft; tighten further only as required to align the locking tab.
✔ Keep bearing installation force below 1,100 lb and verify pulley alignment, bearing operation, and fan clearance.
