✔ Inspect the mounting flange, pulley, friction surfaces, bearings, fan blades, and mounting studs for wear or distortion.
✔ Install new locking hardware where specified and torque the clutch locknut and mounting fasteners to Bendix or vehicle specifications.
✔ Verify pulley alignment, belt tension, bearing operation, fan clearance, and complete clutch engagement and release.
