IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:

✔ Mount the valve vertically with the exhaust port and dust shield facing downward.
✔ Match the two 1/2" supply, four 3/8" delivery, and 1/4" control ports to the original air-line configuration.
✔ Torque the cover cap screws to 80-120 in-lb and exhaust cover screws to 20-30 in-lb when servicing the valve.
✔ Use compatible silicone grease only on the relay piston, O-rings, guide post, and cover bore during service.
✔ Pressurize the system and verify correct crack pressure, balanced delivery, rapid release, and leak-free operation.

Warranty Information

We provide a warranty on all new and remanufactured parts for 12 months, 160,000 km (100,000 miles), or 3,600 hours - whichever comes first, with off-highway components covered for 90 days.
