Model: R-12 relay valve for rapid air delivery to service brake chambers
Vehicles: Compatible with heavy-duty trucks, buses, and trailers with air brake systems
• Supply Port: 1/2"-14 NPT (top center)
• Delivery Ports: 4 x 3/8"-18 NPT (vertical bottom)
• Control/Service Port: 1/4"-18 NPT (side)
• Crack Pressure: 4.0 PSI
• Mounting: Vertical, with universal bracket and 4 mounting slots (0.96" × 0.40")
• Exhaust Port: Dust-shielded
• Operating Temp Range: -40°F to 200°F (-40°C to 93°C)
Applications:
Used in truck, trailer, and bus brake systems to relay control air from the foot valve to the rear brake chambers. Designed for rapid air application and release, reducing lag in braking response. Includes universal mounting bracket for simple replacement of existing R-12 valves.
