Freight Policy:
Effective June 15th, 2022, Fleet Products, BC Fleet Products, and KBR will offer prepaid freight under the following terms:
All prices are FOB Port Coquitlam, Calgary, and Mississauga locations. Due to ongoing supply chain challenges, our prepaid freight policy applies to all orders of $2,250.00 or more (excluding core charges) shipped within Canada, provided the items are in stock and available for shipment. This policy excludes double diaphragm spring brakes and piggyback kits. While these items can be added to qualifying orders, any additional freight charges for these items will be billed to the customer. All prepaid orders will be shipped via the courier of our choice.
Returns Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds will typically be processed within four weeks. However, in many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time required for your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).
Core Return Freight Policy:
All core returns must be shipped freight prepaid if the shipment weighs 500 lbs or less.
For returns exceeding 500 lbs, we will arrange for collect freight using the courier of our choice. Please contact your sales representative for specific shipping instructions if your return qualifies for this option.
