• Pad Shape: Haldex DB22LT (FMSI D1583)
• Friction Material: Premium graphite-metallic carbon fiber, asbestos-free, FMVSS121 and RSD compliant
• Hardware: Includes abutment clips, pad springs, adjuster plug, and other hardware as specified
• Rotor Compatibility: DB22LT rotors, typically 430 mm diameter, 45 mm new thickness, minimum discard 37 mm, 10 holes, 166 mm pilot, 199 mm bolt circle
• Features: Chamfered and slotted design, integrated shims, powder-coated steel backplate with Mechanical Retention System (MRS) to prevent rust-jacking
• Performance: Meets or exceeds OEM standards with excellent burnished and unburnished static friction, reduced pad and rotor wear
Applications:
Designed exclusively for all wheel ends (steer, drive, tag axles) on Haldex DB22LT brake systems. Ideal for severe-duty on-highway use with superior corrosion resistance and break-in performance. Not compatible with WABCO PAN series, Bendix ADB22X, or Meritor EX225 systems.
